Azure Support Plans cost control is now easier (from July 2023)

If you bought Azure Support Standard or Professional Direct in an Enterprise Agreement, you can now reduce the cost at its anniversary or switch to a more comprehensive package without waiting until your EA renewal.

This positive change was introduced by Microsoft in July 2023.
